"But it doesn't stick on you" "You'd never tell by looking at you"

Two of the most obnoxious things I am hearing lately. I don't mind "How do you look like you do and eat like you do?" but the comments in the title grate on my nerves every time.

I love sweets. I love soda. I love fast food. I consume a lot of all of those items on a regular basis and enjoy talking about them when people bring up food. I HATE when people tell me they are jealous because fat doesn't stick to me or because you'd never tell that I eat crap by looking at me.

It's not so much what they say, but how they say it. Somewhat begrudgingly with their tone implying that I lucked out with good genes and they got stuck with cellulite.

Not. The. Case.

I work out like MAD! I do not have the body I do by stuffing my face and complaining about not having time or energy to work out. If anyone is really committed to losing weight and has no major medical issues, they can do it. I did it, so can you.

Looking great takes a few things. Hard work and determination are the main two.

My inspiration song comes to mind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5YJfPBqPNE
This is 10% luck (genes)
20%% skill (physical aptitude)
15% concentrated power of will (perseverance)
5% pleasure (looking great)
50% pain (working out)
and 100% reason to remember the name! (because fit is sexy)
