Maybe I'm crazy...it's only been two days since I was crying about not having instant results, but today I feel like I'm starting to see some. I'm noticing that I'm not as sore after my workouts and that I have more toning in my midsection.
This shift came just in time! I was so tempted to get pizza today! Instead, I had a frozen one at home. While it's not necessarily a healthy food, it's much better to bake a pizza at home than to eat the greasy deliciousness of Little Ceasar's.
Feeling stronger every day!
