Tri-Training: 155.6

I've really stopped working out on a regular basis, and the scale is starting to reflect that. I'm sure my week long Taco Bell binge didn't help either, but that's over now 😋

Today, I started swimming in preparation for my triathlon and I'm really impressed with how well I did. It was really hard, but I swam 1/4 mile without stopping. Granted, I was doing the Army stroke, but I did it in about 25 minutes so I'm happy with that. I'm going to work on my freestyle so I look like less of a loser floundering around, but it feels good to know that I CAN do it. 

I'm really proud of myself and pumped to keep training.
