Operation Abs

We recently booked our honeymoon to Hawaii and now I am focusing on getting tight and toned for all my time on the beach in my "Bride" bikini.

Operation Abs consists of two things:


Here's my plan. I have twenty-four days until I leave for my honeymoon and I need to work, work,work every day.

Day 1-5: 100 sit ups a night
Day 6-10: 150 sit ups a night
Day 11-15: 200 sit ups a night
Day 16-20: 250 sit ups a night
Day 21-24: 300 sit ups a night

Now, at first glance, this seems ridiculous and like massive overkill. But, in reality, it takes about 10 minutes max to do 100 sit ups, so, by the last few days, I will be doing sit ups for roughly 30 minutes a day which is in no way overkill.

I also plan on sprinkling in some bike riding of 10-20 miles a week. Nothing huge, but enough for me to get some sun while burning some calories.

I have been drinking iced tea with cream and that needs to stop. I am lactose intolerant and even with the enzyme pill, I am getting ridiculously bloated. Besides, cream just adds extra calories and mango tea is delicious as it is.

My plan is to take a picture at the beginning and end of each cycle so my posting schedule will be about twice a week. I also plan on posting the picture of my actual abs in the making so I have before and after pictures as well as a motivating photo or two of what I'd like to look like.
