Feeling like a BEAST today!
After I got home from work and finished my commute of 10.75 miles, I did a 30 minute Billy Banks Tae Bo work out video and 50 perfect sit ups.
My thighs are hurting in that good,"I'm sore because I am getting stronger" kind of way, but I am a bit worried about how my body will fare tomorrow after this work out.
I am hoping it isn't that bad, then I can continue this daily and get leaner and stronger.
