Operation Boot Camp: Day 5

Today is my 5th day of doing Billy'd Boot Camp. My new routine is to come home, do Billy's, do 100 sit ups, and then shower. I was really impressed that I managed to keep this up over the weekend too! I am hoping to get more definition in my core without bulking up too much. I am looking a little thick in the photo below, and I am not sure if that is muscle or fat.

I am 156.6 which is about a 9 pound gain since I stopped counting calories. I have started working out more since I stopped calorie counting, and I have heard muscle weights more than fat. So, I am going to start counting calories again so I can make sure that any weight I gain is from muscle, and not fat.
