I stopped buying soda (again). It is really hard for me not to drink soda because it really is one of my few guilty pleasures. But I realize the enormously detrimental effect on my health in the long run, so I am cutting back. I now only get soda when I go out and do not allow myself to get a refill.
One step at a time, right!
This is what I see in the mirror...
...but THIS is what I see on the scale.
I am really hoping it is just water weight that I'll be able to shed by the end of next week to get my confidence back in control.
