Juice Cleanse Day 1: 163.8

What?
I am on Spring Break and have decided to do a 7 day juice cleanse. I figured why wait for the summer, right :) We got a new juicer and it's much more heavy duty and reliable than the one we had last time. Sadly, I'm going it alone this time and it's still a bit torturous to see my husband chewing his food.

Why?
While I am happy with the way I look, I have gone back to unhealthy eating habits. Food and I have always had a love-hate relationship and that was so nicely evened out last time I did the cleanse. I want to stop my mindless eating and get to the point that I am experiencing and enjoying my food.

How?
I'm going to drink only fruit/veggie juice and water for the next 7 days. I am hoping that will restore equilibrium to my body and help me make more conscientious eating choices.

Day 1
Pros
-Even though I'm not all the way through it yet, I feel so much lighter!
-My digestive system is very happy with me
-I have a lot of energy

Cons
-My thinking is a bit cloudy as I adjust to the calorie differential
-I'm hungry!

Fears
I'm worried I'll just give up tomorrow or that I'll go the whole 7 days and see no more improvement.

Hopes
I hope this will reset my digestive system and really get me thinking about overly processed foods as sometimes foods.

I'm not going to make any grand plans, I'm just going to take it one day at a time and reflect on how it's going. One thing I do plan to do around day 4 or 5 is introduce some exercise into my day, just to get my muscles warmed up and toned. I'd like to look the way I do when I'm flexing my abs all the time :)
