Up and down, up and down. I get into a healthy routine, then I decide to cheat a little when it's early in the game and I fall off the wagon.
I go between two schools of thought. The first is that I'm young and want to be in the best shape I can while I can. The other is that I am going to die someday anyways so why not just eat how I want and enjoy it? What I want to do it learn how to balance those two. I want to still eat what I want, but in healthy moderation. I had 500 calories of McDonald'd for dinner yesterday and 450 of Chipotle today. And myyyyy was it satisfying. Today is soda sober day two and that feels good too. I'm not getting caffeine headaches because I drink coffee in the morning, so it's a lot easier than going cold turkey like over the summer.
Exciting news! The hubby and I might be going to Kuai! I think that would be the perfect motivarion for us to lose weight and get in shape. Nothing is definite, but here's hoping!
