Honeymoon

I am on the fifth day of my honeymoon and have been doing sit ups every other day. I am without my Perfect Situp, which is a bit of a bummer because it gives me resistance, so I am going old school on the floor of my hotel room. I did 50 the first day, 100 the third day, and today I just finished 250. I have felt super confident parading around various beaches in my bikini and I even had the guts to strip down at a nude beach! Pretty liberating and awesome.

 My husband got a job (yay!)which means that I will no longer have a ride home from work. Since we are a single car family, I have two choices: Ride to and from work for 10 miles a day total or get dropped off at work and bus home. I am really excited for thr first option. There is often inclement weather where I live, so it may not always be possible to ride to work, but I am stoked to incorporate a workout into my commute. I am going to start getting into the grove of biking once back at home by riding a few miles a day and working up from there. Keep an eye out for Operition Cyclng!

 Since my fitness goals are going to be a bit in the background, I am going to work on something completely unrelated to physical fitness. I am going to try to grow out my hair and stop coloring it. I just had about four inches of damaged hair and I have never been able to grow my hair out long. I plan on taking Biotin daily and massaging my scalp while washing my hair. I am also going to wear my hair down a majority of the time and lay off any heat styling. With curly hair, it's pretty easy to wash and wear with minimal blow drying. Lots of exciting stuff on the horizon and I can't wait to post the wrap up pics of Operation Abs (though I do intend to continue 200 or so sit ups a night) and to get started on my next two goals.
