I am looking forward to continuing my healthy lifestyle.
I went for a nine mile bike ride on Monday just around running errands. I did stop a couple times, but I had an easy time of it which makes me hopeful that it'll be easy peasy to do the five miles each way to work. I plan on doing more bike riding after I recover from donating blood.
I've also been taking my vitamins daily and am on Day 4 of "Operation Hair". I've been massaging my scalp and already have a bit of my roots showing. It KILLS me because I am really anal about my hair color, but I am going to do my darndest to resist the urge to dye it as it starts to grow out and my roots become more conspicuous.
I did 200 sit ups today and it was no big thang. Kinda awesome to do a set of 100 and be like, "That was easy!"
I am really enjoying my new body, my increased health and vigor, and my new found confidence with all the hard work I've done to get to where I am :)
