Sprint Triathlon: 159

I finished my first triathlon! I feel pretty damn awesome and am definitely motivated to train hard for an Olympic/International distance in April. 
Hellz yeah!!!

Buuuut, as you may have noticed, that scale is still climbing up and up. So I've recommitted to staying WITHIN my calories instead if having multiple cheat days. I also got a FitBit to help me track the exercise I do just from running around my job. 

Hoping to lose at least 4 lbs. or at least tone up by my sister's wedding in a month. It's always good to have something to work towards. A wedding and a tri are definitely motivating. 

Work it.
