Five pounds in one week! This seriously has to be the best diet I've ever been on! I am feeling great and can already notice a difference in how I look, though it's too subtle for anyone else to notice.
I know that I will eventually plateau, they say the last ten pounds is the hardest to lose, but I hope I can lose at least three pounds a week consistently, because otherwise I'll likely get discouraged.
I am very fearful that at some point, I will go up a bit and that it would really throw me off, enough that I'd throw this all out the window and say, “I'm sick of trying and still gaining weight!” Yet another reason why progress is dangerous.
I was very fearful of the scale this evening, because I had a lot for dinner, but I was VERY happy to see a 5 in the tens place. I am feeling so empowered and ready to kick butt at physical therapy tomorrow!
I need to work on drinking water over the weekend. It's hard to remember when I havae some many interesting things to do.
