160

So, seeing the number on the scale go up, even slightly, is mildly discouraging, but I'm not gonna let that get me down. The work week is rough in terms of a lack of activity and an abundance of boredom so that likely affects my metabolism. And, hey, 160 is 160 and I am happy with my progress. My goal is to be at 158 by next Sunday, so here's hoping.

I got some weird cravings today. I wanted a milkshake, and I don't even like milkshakes! I wanted hash browns, eggs with pepper, and BREAD!!! I realized that I haven't had any bread in a week...and I love bread. Bagels, rolls, croissants, you name it, I love to eat it!

Today's victory: I bent my knee to 110 degrees and resisted the Oreos in the work room ( uh oh, now I want Oreos and peanut butter!) I am not preggers, I am just at the point in my diet where my brain is going, “But wait, what about all this stuff!?! Don't you want to eat this stuff?” and I have to say no.

I will keep going, even though I am up in my weight today.

Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: 2 chicken patties with mustard
Dinner: Quinoia with balsamic vinegarette and cilantro
Snacks: Peach yogurt, mango, 1 small pack of Cadbury eggs

Exercise
1.5 hours of physical therapy (bent my knee to 110 degrees!)

20 lbs. to lose
