158.6

Last night, Vasily woke me up because he wanted to go shopping for some stuff. He woke me up at 10:30 p.m. because I fell asleep at 6 p.m. (it's what happens when you have a crappy day at work). Anyways, I was cranky and finally caved to one of my cravings and ate a whole small McDonald's fry. MY GOD WAS IT GOOD! I enjoyed every savory, salty morsel and was so sad when it was gone.

Shortly after eating those sodium packed pieces of heaven, I started to feel very guilty about the fact that I'd eaten something “bad.” But today's numbers say it all: I can eat what I want, just not in the huge quantities I'd like =p

Work was a struggle today because there is a cafe downstairs and one person after another walked into the office with fries, grilled cheese, and milkshakes. Oh was it ever tough not to get myself something greasy and delectable to munch on!

Victory of the day: I worked out even though I really didn't want to.

Looking at my numbers, I was getting a little concerned that I am losing weight quickly. But I realized that I gained 20+ pounds in a month and a half, so it would make sense that I could lose it just as quickly by returning to the healthy eating and exercise habits I had before. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but at this rate I might be very close to my goal weight by the time I turn 22!
