157.6

Second try at this post because it didn't post last night due to maintenance issues so I have to rewrite it.

Seeing the same morning and evening weights is exciting, but it makes me worry that I am going to plateau and that I will really have to work to lose the rest of my weight. If that is the case, I'll really need to keep myself in check not to do it in an unhealthy manner. I s'pose we shall see.

Victories of the day:
I resisted the Doritos I wanted with lunch.
I had a meeting at a GREAT pasta place and didn't get anything!
I passed by my favorite coffee shop and didn't stop.
I walked by 2 Juice it Up's and didn't go into either.
I walked by Carl's Jr. and didn't go in (though I SO wanted to)
I went to the 99 cents store and bought cashews instead of the chips I wanted.

I am getting better and better at resisting my cravings, but it does sometimes make me bitter and cranky that I can't have what I want. I notice that keeping fun size packages of my favorite candy around really helps to satisfy my cravings, but also keeps the portions down, so it's good to have that strategy.

My knee got really swollen after my walk today and I didn't think to ice it until later. It still really hurts, but I am hoping I can sleep it off and be back to my normal work out tomorrow. We shall see.

Breakfast: Gala apple, coffee
Lunch: Tuna salad, grilled chicken breast
Dinner: Bean burrito
Snacks: Mango, 10 pretzel M&M's, strawberry yogurt, small bag of cashews

*I don't note my water intake because I drink 64-96 oz. per day regularly now :)

Exercise:
1 mile walk
