158.6

I woke up this morning and was still in a lot of pain. My knee was stiff and swollen so I called my doctor and he said to stay at home, ice it, and rest it until the swelling and pain subsided. NOT what I wanted to hear, but doctor's orders, right? After resting it and icing it for 2 hours, it looked and felt a hundred times better, so I did laundry and worked out.

I am SO glad it was so easy to fix my knee issue today because I constantly worry that something will happen to my knee that will prevent my from working out and will result in all my progress being lost. So woot woot that that wasn't the case!

It was nice to have my work out done at the beginning of my day so I don't have to push myself so hard to do it when I am so tired after I come home. I've considered waking up earlier to to my work outs before work, but I like to shower and do my hair for the next day the night before, so morning work outs would throw off my schedule. But every once in a while, they are nice :)

I'm a bit worried about this weekend, so I am trying to mentally prepare myself now. I will be going to a Bat Mitvah service and everyone is supposed to eat this blessed bread. I haven't had bread since I started blogging and I'm worried that it will become a slippery slope and that I'll indulge on all the food there. This is going to push my self control to the limit!

Way bummed about tonight's weigh in. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I'm not as well hydrated as I usually am and that I worked out before I ate most of my food for the day. I'm actually happy that Blogger is down right now so I have some time to deal with this before it goes public.

Tomorrow is another day.
