158.6

I think I may be at a plateau of 158.6. Harumph!

Seeing as my knee is still causing me pain and is still swelling, I have to discontinue my exercise regime until Monday when I see my surgeon to see what's up. It's scary to think that everything I've worked for (6ish lbs.) might all go out the window because of my stupid knee. I hope not...

This diet is getting REALLY old REALLY fast so I took a break today and ate what I wanted. It gave me a huge sense of freedom, but it also made me 1. Really full and 2. Feel really guilty...

Who knows, maybe I should do this once a week as a “cheat” day so I have something to look forward to. I didn't go crazy, but a break was really nice. I think I'll let it continue into tomorrow's Bat Mitvah and just enjoy myself, rather than being so tight on my food intake.

I have to realize that I feel a hundred times better than I did 2 weeks ago, so I just need to keep doing what I'm doing and, like Maggie says, focus on how I look and feel and not on the number.

Lunch: Cheesy bean and rice burrito, macho nachos, fiesta potatoes
Dinner: Yougurtland
Snacks: Cadbury eggs

Exercise
I am laying off until I go to the doctor's on Monday to see why my knee keeps blowing up. :(
