Forgot to take it

I ate bread today! Oh and what amazing bread it was! I don't know if it was because I haven't had it in so long or because it was actually delicious, but I am leaning towards the latter. It was SO flakey on the outside and moist on the inside. So, so, SO good, then I had a bite with butter and went through the roof!

Sign #1 I'm on a diet: I just wrote a whole paragraph about how good bread was.

I have to say, it was nice not to worry so much about what I was eating and to really enjoy it. I struggled a bit at first with the pita chips and bread, but once I let go I really enjoyed it. Maggie is really helping me stay grounded through this whole thing and her pep talk about my weight just being a number is really sinking in.

Lunch: Mixed fruit, hummus with pita chips, onions, tomatoes, grapefruit juice, bread (!!!), couple bites of lox, 8 cubes of cheese
Dinner: N/A
Snacks: Sunflower seeds, Coke

Exercise
Running around setting up, keeping up with, and tearing down a Bat Mitzvah from 8-2
