3/16/12

Had another strong day of the diet today. My ultimate goal is to fit perfectly into my size 10 wedding dress and not have it bunch up around the hips as much as it does now. I am trying not to go to crazy, but once I get going with my diets, I tend to get a bit obsessed. I fell into that trap today, but I will be more aware of my caloric intake tomorrow.

I did a bit of research and with my age, height, weight, and exercise regime, I can eat 1450 calories per day to lose 2 pounds per week. I am not expecting to lose weight like that, but I do want to make sure that my weight doesn't increase at all so it seems like a good idea to stick to a stricter diet than my goal requires. I also want to get my BMI down to ensure that I am staying in an absolutely healthy weight range rather than flirting with the overweight line that starts at 179 lbs.

I am only weighing myself once a week on Sunday mornings, so I won't know for a few days if my hard work this week has paid off, but I am REALLY hoping for some tangible success to encourage me to keep up with this lifestyle for the next 3 weeks and beyond.

Poptart
10 chips
Egg and cheese bagel sandwich
40 oz. Of water

Exercise:
7.75 bike ride
