Operation Abs: Day 7.5

So far, so good. I actually have an easier time doing 150 than I did doing 100. I'm not sure if it is mental or if I am just building up my endurance. Whatever it is, I like it!

I do 5 sets of 30 with 10 second rests in between. Takes me about 6-7 minutes to do the whole thing from start to finish. I have to tell myself every morning that it will take less than 10 minutes and that it will be worth it, so still a lot of mental fights, but I haven't missed a day or done fewer than I committed to. I am very proud of that.

My husband has been walking into the room as soon as he hears the machine click (which indicates one is doing the sit up correctly) and clapping while chanting, "Go, Wife! Go, Wife!" and telling me that he is proud of me when I roll off at the end of my work out. It's great to have that type of encouragement and support :)


Someday, I'd like to be this lean and toned. 
I love the definition of her abs.
