Tomorrow starts 200 a day and increasing the number I have to do a day is the last thing I want to do. I actually got to the point today that I can do sets of 60. I am planning on doing four sets of 50 tomorrow and that might trick me into thinking that I'm not actually doing that many more.
I've started listening to "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor and that definitely helps me get through the workout. It is 3:47 long and I have been pushing myself to get through the sit ups before the end of the song. It decreases the amount of time I take between sets complaining in my mind about having to do more. Hopefully that will work tomorrow when I have to do another set and a half.
2 more weeks til my honeymoon and the end of Operation Abs.
