Well, I started feeling sick on day 11 so I only did 100 sit ups. After that, I was away camping and I gained 1.8 lbs. by eating camping food and not working out. So I am going to cut that out and say that today is day 11. I will do 200 sit ups and continue as if that little hiccup never happened. That's the only way I am going to keep this up.
