I started calorie counting again today FINALLY after talking about it for forever. It was a dangerous day as I'm a teacher and Halloween is a big deal in elementary school. I limited myself to one piece of pizza (dinner technically) and one fun size Snicker's bar.
I am coming down with a cold, so I didn't have the umph to do much today after I got back from work, but I managed to pump out 50 sit ups before I was gasping for breath. Note to self: a head cold is not a condition conducive to exercise.
I am glad that I am back on the calorie counting band wagon. I'm not doing it so much to lose weight, though that 145 number still floats in my head, I am doing it more so I am aware of what I am putting in my body. I scarffed down the pizza and Snicker's before even realizing I'd need to enter them into MyNetDiary.
I really like the updated and full version (totally worth the $3.99) because it has a lot more options for tracking progress.
Here's to taking it one day at a time and hip hip hooray for Day 1 of continued counting :)
