It is so crazy to think how the letter on a tag can be as influential on a woman's self esteem as the numbers on a scale. I've always been a Junior's L or XL top depending on the article of clothing. Recently, after my weight loss, I have found that I am a M more often than not and even an S on occasion. It is odd how proud it makes me. My body shape hasn't changed that much, but the simple change of the letter on a tag really boosts my morale.
Today, I was out shopping for sweaters and I found the following three:
XS
XL
XXL
The ONLY difference I could see was that the sleeves were longer and baggier. The XXL has more room in the waist than the other two, but beyond that...not a whole lot of difference.
Moral of the story: Whether it's an XS on the tag or an XL on the tag, just wear what fits, no one else can see the clothing tag.
