Here's the action plan.
1. Water
Don't drink soda, sweetened tea, or anything with high fructose corn syrup.
2. Protein
Skip the fried foods (I'll miss you fries!) and the sugar (throwing away a bag of candy right now) and go for the protein that will fill me up and satisfy me for long periods of time.
3. Workout
I am going to do some sit ups today to help work the crap out of my system and get me on the right track. Exercise seems to be the beginning of a cycle for me. If I work out, I eat right and feel better so I keep working out. Unfortunately, as soon as I fall off the wagon, it is really hard to get back on :(
I'll do daily check ins to keep myself accountable. Might even post again today to make sure I don't fall into the "I'll do it tomorrow" trap.
