Back to the bulk AGAIN! With nothing to keep me extrinsically motivated, I keep getting on and off the friggin' wagon. I have enlisted my sister and my hubby to help me stay on track. They are going to ask me how many calories I ate and whether or not I worked out.
I am going to require that I stay in my calorie range, ride 50 miles a week, and do sit ups and TaeBo 6 times a week. I have a short term goal of losing 8 lbs. by Christmas. Here's hoping I can stay on the wagon this time!
