So I didn't go cold turkey on fast food, or soda. I just started getting really consistent with my sit ups and I am LOVING the results! I feel like it is the best solution for me at the moment. Keep eating how I want and just make sure I am working out enough to justify the calories.
It's been hard because I have nothing to really motivate me to eat in a healthy manner. Before I had my wedding, then my honeymoon, now I have the holidays (i.e. eatingcrapdays) and I have no incentive not to just stuff my face besides wanting to look good. I just hope I hone in on something soon that will get me more focused on the food aspect of a healthy lifestyle
