I get knocked down...

I have been working out, but unfortunately I seem to think that exercise entitles me to crappy food. I must say no! I am at 159 today after bad food and I need to get myself back on track. I have to go cold turkey on fast food. As soon as I go 2 weeks without it I am fine and I won't go in binges like I have been this week. So saying no to fast food...here's hoping. Do or don't, there is no try!
