Pros
Stuck with it today. Went out to lunch with 4 other work friends and luckily the place where we met up offered fresh squeezed orange juice. I has an apple/pear juice today and it was delish! Juiced about 5lbs of carrots and made another juice blend for tomorrow.
Cons
I.WANT.TO.EAT. Anything, everything, I don't care, I just want it. The enlightenment I had yesterday is now gone. I want a burger, and I don't even like red meat! I want a milkshake, not usually a fan of those. I want potato chips, cheese, pizza, and spaghetti. I just want to have a big old fat fest and stuff my face with everything around.
Hopes
Having so many carrots should encourage me to stick to plan and just keep juicing, just keep juicing, juicing, juicing.
Fears
I really don't want a fat fest, but I'm afraid that's the way it will go. As it is, I am having a hard time trying to re-frame my thinking about food. Here's hoping all this is worth it.
I may just do a 5 day...
