Cons
I cheated last night and had a Dr. Pepper, nachos, 1/2 a quesedilla, and cinnetwists.
Pros
I. Regret. Nothing. I didn't find the food as satisfying as I'd anticipated and really wished I'd just gone for a salad. I also ate waaaaay less than usual and took my time eating. Today I am back on track.
Hopes
That I can stick to this for 3 more days with no big cheating incidents.
Fears
I'll give up because it's easier than trying.
