11.2 Pounds Down, 19 Pounds to Go!_164.0

Passed the 10 pound mark! I'm so excited to see how far I've come! I've done it mostly through diet, so now I'll add in some regular exercise. I'll reintroduce myself to the Perfect Situp and make sure I'm going to the gym at least once a week.

I'm also down 5.5 inches overall, most markedly in my hips and around my ribs which is where it was really bothering me so hurrah! I'm hoping to lose around 20 more pounds which means 10 more weeks. I should be at my goal weight by the end of September so I'll look he way I want to at my cousin's wedding :)
