Two Weeks, 9.2 Pounds_166.0

I had my third and last personal training session today. I love my trainer, but I am really glad I only purchased three sessions. I don't like to kill myself during my workouts and he worked me really hard. I know it's because he wanted me to learn as much as I could, but mostly I learned that I hate the gym :p I also think it's because I look pretty fit and he overestimated my fitness level. Sort of like people assuming I'm good at basketball because I'm tall.

After only two weeks, I've lost 9.2 pounds. I'm really happy with the results and I am already seeing it in my body. I can see my ribs better (I pile fat around there) and my "pooch" is shrinking. I plan on posting more pictures once I get to to 10 pound mark. I'm looking forward to it.

Now that I am done with training sessions, I plan to go to group exercise classes. I hope that isn't as hard as my training sessions were though because then I won't be able to handle it! I'm hoping to get to a yoga class tomorrow, but it depends on how I feel. Today's session was rough and I don't want to do too much too soon.

Eating has become easier too. I don't crave fast food anymore and I am doing great on portion control even when I don't know the calories.

My plan for this to be the most healthful summer yet is going nicely! New Year's Resolution 2.0 for the win!
