If you still look pretty...171.6





Today I had my first session with my personal trainer. All I can say is thank god I only got three because he kicked my butt! My goal with a PT was to learn how to use a gym. I've only every been to one for physical therapy and I wanted to know how to use all the equipment. He sure showed me and also gave me a lot of pointers about breathing, posture, and resistance levels. 

Now, I thought I was in okay shape. 


I was shaking after my first set of squats and after about 45 minutes I had to call it quits because I felt like I was going to vomit! 

That being said, I actually enjoyed the workout and am really happy I did it. I still don't feel comfortable or confident in the gym, but I'm sure that will come with time.

I am very please because I weighed myself again today (at the same time before breakfast) and I had shed almost 5 lbs in water weight! I know a lot of that is due to cutting out soda and salty snacks and it's nice to see such a huge difference with such a tiny change. It almost makes the caffeine headaches worth it... almost.

So what do you think, am I pretty or did I do it right?
