OUCH!_170.6

I have been pretty much unable to move for the past two days. My large muscles (biceps, quads, etc.) are so tight that it's hard to get around. I've taken hot showers, Advil, and stretched like a taffy, but I am still SO stiff. My right arm is so stiff that when I hang it down, it won't straighten out completely! I am glad I got a good workout, but I'm going to have to tall my trainer that we need to go easier. I'm hoping to be back in the gym tomorrow for a less intense solo workout, but I'll have to be able to walk without my legs giving out first.

Soreness aside, I'm feeling really great. Today feels like a Sunday to me for some reason, and so I took my measurements like I was planning to do on Sunday. It is crazy how fast I've seen results just by changing a few little things. I have lost a lot of water weight by cutting out unhealthy foods and I've already lost 3.5 inches of bloat! Not to mention the 1% decrease in my body fat percentage. It's gratifying to see results because even if it is just water weight, I shed that weight by not drinking soda and that encourages me to continue.

I've been considering it for a while, and I've decided to finally get a colon cleanse. I've felt backed up for a really long time and I have a twisted colon which throws my digestive system off. I think I would feel a lot better after the fact and after a lot of research and graphic Youtube videos, I know it's something I want to do. I also have a Groupon for a body wrap. I've had one before and the results are temporary in terms of weightloss/inches lost, but it was really nice for my skin.

So here I am, four days soda sober and fast food free, celebrating my liberation from 5 lbs.
