I know it's only day 3, but I really feel like I should be seeing more results. I know it's way too early, but I wish fitness was instantly gratifying. I feel like that would make people way healthier. "Oh, I have a wedding tonight, better do some crunches so I fit into my dress!" ::sigh:: If only....
I've been eating pretty well. I've broken the "After 8" rule twice already! Once because I forgot to eat and once because I didn't get home until 8. I feel like that's fair, but I also feel like I've cheated already.
Enough griping, I need to think about what I've actually accomplished.
1. No more pain under my ribs.
2. No soda for 3 weeks so far!
3. No fast food for 3 days.
4. Better overall digestion.
I need to celebrate the small stuff. After the past 2 days at work, no fast food is a HUGE feat!
I'm glad part of the challenge is no weigh ins until the end. I feel like the unknown will motivate me in two ways; it will keep me working hard so the results are more drastic and it will keep me from getting discouraged when I don't lose 10 lbs. overnight.
Even though I wish I was seeing results already, I am proud of myself.
