I've done it! I've convinced my husband to compete for fitness. The rules are simple: no fast food, no eating after 8 p.m., no candy binges. Whoever loses the greatest percentage of weight gets $100 from the other person. We needed more to motivate us, and what's more motivating than money! November 23rd is the end of the challenge, then we plan on doing it again but for a 3 month period of time. I think if we keep doing this, it'll motivate us to stay healthy.
I'm three weeks soda sober! I am so excited to get my dress! Hopefully, I'll look fabulous in my dress after working out regularly and eating well. I'm back to riding to work (which is only 2 miles a day but it's more than I get from driving) and I'm doing Billy's Bootcamp as well as about 50 sit ups every day.
Here's to flat abs and a hundred bucks!
