Paleo Day 6: 10 lbs in 3 weeks!

I had been avoiding fast food and soda for the most part before I went Paleo and had lost about 5 lbs. before completely shifting my eating habits. Now, after just 6 days of Paleo, I'm down another 5 lbs. on top of down an inch in both my waist and hips. WOW!

I need to celebrate my successes and brag about my will power a little bit.

On Thursday, I was in a meeting after a long day of school and tutoring. The meeting was 2 hours long and I was STARVING! There was a bowl of my favorite mini chocolate bars on the table, so I took one...and smelled it for 2 hours then put it back.

On Friday, the principal had free lunch for all teachers. Tacos, horchata, CHEESE! I ate the meat over some lettuce and added salsa and lime for flavor. It was delicious. Passes up flan and pan dulce and had fruit for dessert. And I drank water, not the delicious ice cold soda they were offering.

I'm having cravings. Cheese, donuts, soda, spaghetti, and candy. I went shopping last night and oh the smells and temptations! I stayed strong, and 10 pounds later, I'm really proud of myself.
