Calorie Counting: 174.8

I started calorie counting today. Not in an effort to lose weight, but just to be more conscious about what I'm eating. So far, it's prevented me from eating pita chips at recess and getting a gordita at lunch. It's not that I am depriving myself, it's just that looking at the fact that I can have 6 chips for 150 calories and I burn 150 calories in about 15 minutes of heavy cycling is enlightening.

I'm on my second day of my commitment to getting my abs back. I was able to crank out a set of 70 followed by a set of 30 so I'm proud of that. Already starting to see my abs starting to show through the layer of pudge.
