Moving right along: 175

I've been bicycling at least a bit every day and I'm at 41 miles on my bike so far. It feels great to fill in each little box as I go and I really like the tally mark system. I don't feel guilty about eating out, just feel better that I don't.

Today, I had a wicked stomach ache and a rough day at work, so I made up my mind that I'd get McDonald's as a reward. I had my keys in hand and was halfway to the car when I stopped. I thought, "Is fast food going to make me feel better?" "No..." "Will it make me feel worse?" "Probably, both mentally and physically." "I probably shouldn't get McDonald's." "Good girl!" Crazy person talk, but success!

I'm excited for tonight because a friend is coming over for dinner. As much as hosting people stresses me out, I love seeing friends and not having to eat out. I plan on having tilapia, whole grain rolls, pickled tomato and onion salad, edamame, and wine :)

I feel my sexiest after a good work out.
