Yesterday, I had this urge to eat, and eat, and eat. While it wasn't super strong, I knew that it would really creep up and just intensify until I broke down during the week. I notice that if I cheat during the week, I tend to say, "Forget it, I'l start again next Monday" which of course never happens.
I ate pizza, Panda Express, MicDonald's, candy, and a whooooole lot of Dr. Pepper. It was very satisfying and I don't regret it at all. As a matter of fact, it's really motivated me to stick with calorie counting.
I notice that if I have coffee in the morning, I'm not usually hungry until about 3:00. This makes it a lot easier to stick to the 1,550 calories I'm eating. Today though, it seems like my body is still working on yesterday's fiesta food so I actually haven't been hungry all day. I'm looking forward to the ham I'm making for dinner tonight. It will make a really easy "go to" food for about a week.
Super proud that I rode my bike to work today. It was finally warm and dry enough that I could which was really great. I already worked out for 10 minutes and went 2 miles without even thinking about it. Tomorrow I plan on biking home for my lunch break just to get in another 2 miles.
