Progressssss: 171.8

Rode my bike again! Pretty proud of that. If I ride every day, it's 10 miles a week which is a whole block I can fill in. I'm a little worried about the lack of progress I'm making on my chart. I had hoped to ride 10 miles a day, but that wasn't plausible to me at the beginning of my exercise regime and it still isn't. I am working slowly and surely. Today I did 2 miles on a real bike and 2.5 on the stationary, so it's almost half way there. I'm hoping to get back on the bike later today.

I was really excited to see 171.8 on the scale! Being in the 60's is so close I can taste it (it tastes like hungry and whole grain but that's okay).

MyFitnessPal tells me that (averaging the past 5 days) I'll be 166.8 in 5 weeks, which would be 8 pounds in 5 weeks. I'm hoping for 10, but I'm not willing to limit my calories that much for MyFitnessPal to estimate that level of weight loss. I mean, so far I've lost 3 lbs. in 5 days. It's likely mostly water weight, but I'll take progress where I can get it (even if it's only perceived progress).

I've noticed I've been waking up before my alarm feeling rested and a lot of my anxiety has dissipated just with my better eating and exercise habits.

I feel my sexiest when I look (and smell) my worst!
