Hello abs my old friends!

Dear Abs,

Hi! I've missed you! I know I haven't been doing much to encourage to come around in the last year and I'm really happy that this last month has improved our relationship. I promise I'll never let "dem bitches" Fast Food and Fat come between us again. I know we're not 100% back on track, but it's really nice to see us heading in the right direction.

Weekly ab pictures from the beginning of my lifestyle shift to now. Love how my lower belly is really flattening out. I plan on focusing more of my weekly workouts on my abs and using the weekends for bike riding. I may not end up using the stationary again until after the summer since the weather has been lovely lately. Now that the days are longer, I'm hoping to be able to get out on Sheila for a decent distance on a regular basis.

Today, the hubby and I went 20 miles so that was great. It wasn't fun walking into Tiffany & Co. sweating up a storm (I needed to get some jewelry serviced) but it felt really good to be singing "I-I-I-I work out!" in my head as I walked through the mall, proud that my physical exertions were showing.

I'm excited to see what next week's weigh in and abs look like!
