Injury setback

I overtrained and messed up my ankle. It's swollen, it hurts, and it's infuriating. I feel like I was just getting into the grove of running and now I can barely walk around work all day. 

I've got PT that is so simple and yet so difficult because I have such poor "trunk" strength. I'm hoping to start doing yoga and that might help. I'm going to start a swim class next month and I'm looking forward with that. 

It's just frustrating to have a setback so early in the game.
