I hate dieting. I hate stress eating. I hate how much I love junk food. I hate my lack of dedication to diet and exercise. I'm not going to become a completely different person overnight, but I can make some changes.
So it's time for another challenge. I'm obviously going to lose the one I made with my husband, so I'll make one against myself. If I lose 10 lbs, I can have this.
Why yes, I do have that dress in red and blue, so why not have it in my favorite color as well?
So here's to bribery and ditching my double chin...
