It's all in my head

It's recess and I really want some of the graham crackers I have in my cupboard. I'm not hungry, I just want something crunchy to munch on. So I said no, and I will happily sip my low carb coffee.

Step one to making it happen. Just got over my first challenge.

It's lunch and man I wanted to go get McDonald's! But, I didn't! Instead, I ate soup with Cheese-itz and a piece of taffy. Okay, so the crackers weren't the healthiest choice, but they are WAY better than a large Coke, two cheese burgers, large fries, and an ice cream cone which was my alternative.

Second hurdle has been jumped. I'm going to really try to appreciate my tiny victories and stop being so black and white. Yes, I ate carbs, but all things in moderation.

Moderation.
