I've found that I don't tolerate nuts well. Good to know. It's amazing how much I am learning about my body now that I'm not shoving food into my mouth willy nilly.
I did 15 miles today, 5 on my real bike and 10 on the stationary. I find that if I don't set a goal for how far I'm going that I almost always end up going the full 10. I've got 2 more blocks to fill in and then I've finished a "month's" worth of bike riding on my chart.
Not much else to say, just movin' right along here :)

I got on the scale this morning and it said 168.8. At first I was bummed, but I knew it would be high since I ate a lot yesterday and haven't had a BM yet. Then I thought, I'm really happy that 1 big meal doesn't shoot me straight to the 170's! It's such a good feeling :)
No rain again today, so that's great. I've got 5 miles on my real bike so I'm looking to do 5 more today to fill in another block.
I'm annoyed with this "real bike" stuff. I don't mind saying stationary, but real bike is getting cumbersome. My bike's name is Sheila, so I'll refer to her by name from now on. It will probably be weird reading, "I rode sheila for 25 minutes today" but oh well, it's my blog and I'll write what I want to, right? :p
