According to MyFitnessPal, I've been calorie counting for 24 days. I'm 1.8 lbs. away from where it said I'd be in 35 days, so that's encouraging. I'm also down an inch in both my waist and my hips, so I like the trend.
Yesterday the hubby and I ran errands on our bikes for a total of 16.6 miles. We were hungry, so we shared a Panda Plate. It was the first time we'd ever shared one and it worked out really well. I'm hoping we'll continue to share fast food meals so the craving is met without going hog wild.
I'm getting sick, which can really wreak havoc on my lifestyle. I'll do my utmost not to let it. I'm still hoping to get in a substantial bike ride today. 50 miles a weekend would be great, especially for those weeks when the weekdays are all rainy and blah.
